A recommendation follows prerequisites

The practice-case decision screen checks option and economics completeness. It offers GO, REVISE and STOP, with fields for scope, rationale, uncertainty, stop conditions and a next action.

A brief includes accountability

The saved decision includes an explicit recommendation, next action, owner and due date. The accompanying fictional module illustrates an earlier review checkpoint: it calls for missing baseline evidence and does not claim the application would accept an incomplete final decision.

This bounded prototype shows the reasoning and documentation behind a decision. Canonical CRM import and production cutover remain unfinished. It is not the operating Airtable Outreach system or a completed client consulting engagement.
