The problem

I treated a recommendation as the end of an evidence path: understand the workflow, compare options, examine economics, then document the decision and what could change it.

Record the reasoning

A brief needs scope, rationale, uncertainty and stop or revise conditions.

A recommendation follows prerequisites

The practice-case decision screen checks option and economics completeness. It offers GO, REVISE and STOP, with fields for scope, rationale, uncertainty, stop conditions and a next action.

A brief includes accountability

The saved decision includes an explicit recommendation, next action, owner and due date. The fictional example below shows an earlier checkpoint, where missing volume and handling-time evidence still needs to be gathered.

The discovery-to-decision workflow works with a fictional practice case. Importing the full CRM and putting the broader application into daily use remain unfinished. The operating Airtable Outreach system is a separate project.
