A live product connecting appointment conversion, retention and business economics
THE BUSINESS PROBLEMHow can an appointment-based business see how lead conversion, attendance, sales and repeat visits affect its financial scenario?
RESULT & STATUSA publicly available calculator with lead-flow, revenue, retention and cost inputs. The calculator is accessible through the product homepage.
I defined the product concept and its conversion, retention and cost inputs, then reviewed how the customer moves from assumptions to a financial scenario. How I build and review →
I framed the product around the full appointment journey. A lead, a booking, an attended appointment and a closed client represent different steps; retention adds another assumption about future value.
My decisions
Separate the conversion steps
Show booking, attendance and closing as individual inputs so the visitor can identify which assumption they are changing.
Include the cost of acquiring business
Place marketing spend and other monthly costs alongside the revenue assumptions.
Make repeat business explicit
Provide retention rate and duration inputs rather than silently assuming that every client returns.
Explore the published product
Make the business assumptions visible.
Open the product homepage and select Launch Calculator. Its inputs let you explore the relationships between conversion, retention and cost.
